(no subject)
It's June now, so soon half a year gonna pass and then again, a year. Time never stops, I find myself being a bit anxious sometimes when realising how old I'm, but then, it isn't like we can stop aging. If I were to live until 50 years old, half of it has gone now. I don't expect to live until a golden old age, so 50 is still an age i think best to die at. It doesn't matter how old you live, but the meaning of your life, isn't it. Shorter span of life makes people grateful and happy about what they have, which is what I'm trying to do.
My colleague just came back from Japan and she seemed really enjoyed the trip. I'm glad she enjoyed it, though she said she didn't think expensive foods were worth their prices cause the taste is about the same like those cheaper XD; She also helped me buy two books and a box of Tokyo Banana, Tokyo specialty. I asked for a DVD and a 24-hour charity t-shirt this year, too, however, as she couldn't find it, guess I'd have to ask from my friends in Japan or order from Amazon Japan. I'm still glad to get those two books, though, as they're not available in Kinokuniya here. I could have ordered from Kinokuniya and asked it to send to me, but somehow it's just so troublesome to call them. Yea, call me a lazy bum. So it's good my colleague offered to help me. :)
I finally got my red belt for Aikido. The redness is really vivid and beautiful, but sadly the colour fades and leaving traces of redness on my white Aikidogi T___T Last week I found my sleeves stained with redness, which wasn't a pretty sight. Gonna wash the belt for a few more times so the colour won't transfer to my white Aikidogi anymore...
Work life is the same, only getting more intense and restless. It seems our workload is just relentless, and worse thing, we are getting used to it. I broke my own record by staying in office up until nearly 2am, with another colleague. She was kind enough to offer to give me a ride home, so i'm really grateful to have her as companion. It was good too to chat with her when only two of us in the office and I found her so much cuter than she seems, in terms of the way she talks and acts. She's indeed quite talkative and the persevering type of person. Glad to have explored that part of her. :)
