I'm sick out of the blue?

I am down with the following symptons

- Slight feverish
- Flu
- Sore Throat
- Cough
- Headache
- Stiff Neck

What am i doing?! i need more rest and.. more love! Retail therapy will be the best way to cure them haha =p
