Because I Never Tire of Fairytales
I told myself that my next entry would be about 'The Da Vinci Code' but I decided to write it later when I can find the time. It is not a long book, it just has a lot of details that will need time to write. I am so slow with my booklist. I guess it doesn't help that I end up reading a new book after I finish.
I am a movie-goer. I love movies and I watch whenever I can find the free time in my killer schedule. Anyway, here is the list. So far, I think I found ten movies that I am definitely looking forward to:
1.
Snow White and the Huntsman I can't say that I am a big fan of Kirsten Stewart. I can't seem to think of her without laughing after watching Twilight. The concept and the cinematography intrigues me though. Another reason is that a lot of people are telling me to give Stewart another chance. It is not fair to call her a terrible actress just because she did terribly in Twilight. They are right, so I decided to give her a chance here. I just hope I do not end up regretting it.

Mirror Mirror What can I say but 'Julia Roberts'? I loved her in the trailer. I am not sure how I feel about Snow White though. But, I have to say that she looks a little similar to Audrey Hepburn. But I think Julia will steal the movie from Snow White. I am not sure yet, but this is a theory. I haven't really seen the Snow White's other works.

The Woman in Black This had me curious, especially when I heard that Daniel Radcliffe was here. I want to see him in a movie that is not Harry Potter. I was impressed by the production judging from the trailer. This may surprise people, but I love horror films so I might love this.

My Week With Marilyn It should come to no surprise that I am just dying to see this. Marilyn Monroe is one of my favorite classical actresses. The first time I saw the poster, I was taken. Physically, Michelle Williams doesn't really resemble the real thing but what got me was the acting in just the trailer alone. It looked very natural.
It is rated 'R' so children under 18 shouldn't watch it. I just hope they do Marilyn justice because the Audrey Hepburn movie was so terrible it was heartbreaking.

The Raven Who doesn't love Edgar Allan Poe? It might be a good watch. I am not sure if I will love it, but still I am curious.

6.
Anna Karenina There are no pictures or trailer yet. I am excited for this because I think casting Keira Knightly was a good move. She is a good actress and maybe a slight bias because she looks so much like Natalie Portman.
7.
Titanic 3D They are making the movie into 3D in honor of the Centennial Anniversary of the sinking of Titanic. When I found out, I knew I have to see it again. Last time, we didn't have the chance to see it at the theater. I regretted it a lot. I still get goosebumps watching this movie. It is the movie that got me pulled into watching romance. As a kid, I remember I watched it ten times and I still loved watching it. Kate and Leonardo's chemistry is just brilliant. And out of all the movies I have ever seen Leonardo in, I think his chemistry with Kate his best.

Brave It is a Pixar film and I am always attracted to Pixar films. And this one especially. I have a weakness for redheads. The story looks unique and interesting too. I am not sure if I will love this, but if it Pixar I know I will enjoy it.

Dorothy of Oz One of my first classical books is 'The Wizard of Oz.' I do not doubt that I will watch this. It takes me too my childhood.

10.
Batman: Dark Knight Rises The first super hero that I seriously fell in love with. I used to be a big fan of comics as a kid. My favorite was never Spiderman or Superman, I was more attracted to heroes like batman who didn't rely on super powers. ANother reason to watch is also Anne Hathaway. She is not my favorite actress and quite frankly, lately she is a 'hit' or 'miss' for me, but she is playing catwoman, my favorite female character from Batman --- next to Zatanna.

Plus (Series):
1.
Once Upon a Time This should not come to a surprise to anyone at all. Right now, the series is still ongoing and will probably be done by next year since there is only seven episodes for this season. I really can't wait. I watched the first episode and I loved it.

Grimm The reviews for this show is not really good, but it is also about fairytales so I am planning to watch it out of curiosity. So far, the pictures don't really impress me that much neither does the trailer, but I could be wrong.
I still think the animation of Once Upon a time is better. The story seems less interesting as it goes on. Chance. It still feels a little like Supernatural given a fairytale element. Maybe it would have been more interesting if they made the feel more like CSI than Supernatural. It is a shame ... because the idea and concept is interesting. Maybe just a problem with the delivery. I cannot really be sure before I see for myself.
