updating my nerd creds
Its kinna funny I been avoiding going on LJ since I got done with the insanity of interviews about 4 days ago. I, for no go reason, feel like I need to catch up on all that I missed, but really that would be just silly to try and totally pointless. Maybe I know instinctively that this forced abstinance is the only way out of the crack that is LJ and getting back into would be like relapsing back into the addictive behavior.
Okay, enough pointless self amateurs psychobabble.
To those curious about the subject line. I realized that its been a while since I posted something which would establish my Nerd Cred. So here it is:
Applied Biosystems came out with a new product that get rid of dye blobs in sequencing reactions. If you do DNA sequencing you know what I am talking about, if not then don't worry about it. Anyways.......to launch the kit they made a insanely cute cartoon and online game. The blobs look like this:
Isn't it just so cute!!!
