Soul Link ep 5
I picked Soul Link to watch for last anime today because i had to bash something.
Hell, it's also another effective way to cure my insomnia.
Soul Link is the most disappointing anime ever. I was expecting so much from
Navel after Shuffle!, and this was the best they could do. They should have
stuck to doing what they do best- school comedy, slice of life harems instead of
space station attacked by terrorists harems.
This episode only tells me one thing- That Soul Link is trying too hard to act cool.
They try to inco-operate gun fights, one on one melee battles, explosions and
bombardment of technological geek talk to impress us, but nobody's buying it.
I haven't seen anyone actually praising and fan worshiping the anime.
It's So[ul] crap.
Too many things about it doesn't make sense and they don't tally up to each
other. For people under a siege, they are far too relax. It's like a holiday resort.
The plot totally lost me.
I have always liked Navel's character designs for it H-games, and if you take
a quick peek at the site you'll be treated to their really well designed characters.
And to have these characters slapped with such a pathetic plot, it's a shame.
I don't know why i won't drop this anime despite hating it. Maybe it's because
deep down, i secretly hope that it would turn out better. But it's been 5 episodes
so far, and i been continuously deceiving myself that it will turn out to be better.
However, i must admit that i love Soul Link's OP and ED. Especially the OP.
It's on repeat1 as i'm doing this entry. Hahaha.
Navel, please do what you do best. Add those H-scenes inside please.
