So, yeah, I know we just moved and all that, but it looks like we may move again in the near future. Our friend Craig just got himself a job at Bucyrus Erie here in town and is looking for a place to live. For the time being, he's crashing with us, which means roommate. Which isn't bad, I like the guy, it's just kind weird for Timm and I. That whole, remembering to wear clothing thing. Damn!!! Anyway. It's good. He's looking at getting a duplex, specifically with us in mind as the tenant and him living in the other part. So, if he can get a loan, and we can figure out the breaking of the lease, we may be moving again soon. *le sigh* I hate moving. But, on the upside, we haven't really unpacked anything here except the essentials. But gods! Another move!? The super positive thing about it? Cheap fucking rent.
Basically, factor what mortgage plus taxes for the year and split that in half for rent. Yeeeeehaw!!! Cheap, know the landlord, landlord will actually fix stuff!!!??!?!? The reason to not do this?!? Other than the headache of the move, I've got no issues. Wheeeehaw! It's still tentative, but boy would I dig something like that happening. He's got no plan on leaving anytime soon, what with just starting a job, and it looks like we'll be here for a while, so it would be a win win situation. Here's to hoping this actually flies. I just hope not in the middle of winter. Ish, is that a bitch! Ah well. Eventually we'll end up in Florida or some place warmer.
Oh, and I hooked up the washer and gas dryer all by my lonesome today. Leveled everything and even attached the accursed dryer vent. (I hate those bloody things) I's good!!! :D
