Is it too much to ask for just a late start for PCC tomorrow????  ALL I WANT IS FOR IT TO OPEN UP AT 10:00am... COME ON!  Lake Oswego high school is already closed for tomorrow and that's DOWN THE HILL from PCC... UGH!
