Track is over.
Well, track season is over. We won region. That's cool. I got 6th in the open 400 and our 4x400 team got 4th. Unfortunately, the 4x100 did not go over as planned, and the baton never reached my hand. Overall I would say this season was an improvement. I think last year was like an experiment, and Ramsey liked for me to jump for some reason. I think this year I found my role on the team as a 200m and 400m runner, which gives me something to focus on next year. I'm not even going to bother jumping next year. I'm planning on breaking the school record next year in the 400m. I need to leave my mark at C Hill. The record is 49.87, and I hit 52.53 today. Sounds close if you don't run track, but three seconds is a lot to drop. However, I'm working my ass off next year so I think I can do it.
Well, now that track is over, I will probably be working a lot. I definitely need the money. School is almost over still. The A.P. U.S. History test is Friday, and the SATs are Saturday. I'm not really prepared for either I guess, but I'm sure I'll manage. Laziness is becoming a well-known characteristic of mine in the past month or so. School needs to end soon so I don't fail. EOCT today, ha ha what a joke.
