Notes: idek what this is to be honest... just something kinda fluffy. Arthur doesn't know about Merlin's magic.
It was midday when Arthur found Merlin, perched on his bed with a book cradled in his hands.
Trying not to focus on the way his eyes narrowed with concentration and how he found it rather endearing, Arthur cleared his throat loudly to get his attention.
Merlin dropped what he was reading and cut his finger on a page in the process, hissing in pain.
“Oh you wimp,” Arthur sighed, before instinctively approaching and taking the bleeding finger into his mouth.
Arthur smirked as Merlin blushed.
The book of spells now lying on the floor never crossed Arthur’s mind once.
