I cannot believe it is already December! CRAZY! I'm almost 23. Even crazier!? 23 seems much more adult than 22 does.
I'm bored at work on a break for another 15 mins so I'm going to do my Year in Review a little early this year. I'm also going to change it up and instead of doing the FIRST entry of each month, I'm going to do the LAST one. Well, with the exception of December....teehee.
2009 in Review
January: Kara and I are going to Portland this weekend. It is the first time I'll have left town since my accident
February: I've always considered myself to be creative and have enjoyed writing. There's also my natural fondness of grammar :) Christina has been telling me for YEARS that I should write for soap operas, after sharing with her my various plots and stories with my Sims families.
March: Karen's dad asked her how gay I was and if there was any turning back because they (her parents) like me and would approve if she married me.
April: Jamie and I have started to pack for the move in June. And by pack, I mean we've each forced the other to get rid of a dozen items of clothing.
May: The walls have been re-painted, the u-haul has been unpacked into my parents' garage, and Jamie and I just have the deep cleaning left to do tonight before we turn in our keys tomorrow. It's sad...it's the end of an era!!
June: last night was my first time getting back online in a week or so because I just haven't had the energy. I've been fighting headaches and coughing fits for a while now.
July: 1) As I sit here in my brother's underwear ((what? it's laundry day...and mine's still packed up)), I am trying to remember all of the things I wanted to write about.
2) At work today I filled out a survey for the company and I realized a lot of things have improved in the long-run since I last worked there.
August: This weekend sucked balls. I don't want to write it all out because I'd just get upset again but I lost a friend because I realized how one-sided the friendship was and how insensitive the other person was.
September: I am now a licensed driver again.
October: I am proudly writing this from my new apartment complex, The Regency, in Vancouver, Washington!
November: On a separate note, I heard my first Christmas song on the radio for the season. I'm really excited that the holidays are upon us!
December: Several people have been asking for updates and photos of how things in Portland are treating me....So I finally put together a small photo album!

Not the best year and not the worst but definitely the one with the most CHANGE!
Life is good :)
