I still have some baby lettuce and green beans from last month. And cilantro. So I should get on eating those. The crisper drawers in this fridge are magical, the old produce still seems fine. Hm, I thought I told them not to give me bell peppers, I don't know what I'm going to do with that. I just don't like the taste.
Have started some challah dough, I expect it to take a while to rise now that it's cold. Went back to the sourdoughhome.com recipe that I liked so much (more or less, I took liberties with how much flour I chose to add). I'm hoping that half of it may make a loaf that will fit in the dutch oven, because I really like how the baked-in-the-dutch-oven bread comes out. With the other half, I will test out my newly acquired baking stone.
