I think if I ever get around to posting anything it'll be a miracle. I look at the story I have that I'm happiest with, and realize there's inconsistent characterization and it takes way to long to get to the point of the story. If there even is a point. At this stage I may just call it "slice of life" and "coming of age" and be done with it, because if it's described that way then it gets to the point pretty quick.
The entire story is in first person, too. I remember when I started this story it was actually an exercise in writing in first person. And really, when you have 60+ pages in first person, it's just not feasible to switch it over to third. So the story stays in first person, and I continue writing it and editing what I have already written UNTIL THE END OF TIME.
