Legal Issues
It was going to be called BLANK and it asked you what state you were in (using an elegant interface!), and then put up a screen with text like this:

(Except it would have said MASSACHESETTS because I misspelled it.)
The person I talked to thinks it would have gotten rejected anyway for legal reasons, but no reason to take a chance.
For the same reason I'm now actually glad my other app was rejected. It was called Memory Eraser and it was basically a copy of the Men in Black neuralizer thing. You tap the screen to open it and then tap it again to flash someone.
I'd actually decided after finishing it that I wouldn't submit it because of copyright reasons, but my friend changed the sound (the only thing that had actually been taken from the movie), and we submitted it.
Whatever.
