so i'm getting really sick of looking like a boy in my band tshirts.
does anyone have any advice on how i can rip them, or cut them so they are original and somewhat sexy?
any advice or picture e.g. 's would be a big help! thank you!

I'm guessing this woe comes from you have some curves, so if at all possible, try to sew in some curves. If you can't, may I suggest some clawmark type scratches on the sides and around the logo? Just use a pair of scissors and don't worry about uniformity ^^

Rip out the collar band and potentially the sleeves :O That can get you started.

The green overshirt in this video is how I do them. It looks nice over a tank top.

You cut the neck out, then cut out about half of the seam that leads from the neck to the shoulder. As you can see, she has also cropped hers.

The main thing is cut out less than you plan to begin with, because you can always cut more but you can't cut less.

There are several T-shirt books out there that you can flip through and find cool designs to change your Tee. I got mine from the library and just copied out the designs I liked best so I can do them over and over again without having to go back and get the books. The ones I know of are "Generation T: 108 Ways to transform a T-shirt", Generation T: Beyond Fashion" and "99 Ways to Cut, Sew, Trim, and Tie Your T-Shirt into Something Special".
