I am your (exhausted) Dentist
A synopsis of this week:
Today was our Halloween vocal concert (which was amazing) and totally drained me.
I sang "Monster mash" with the jazz band. According to others it went really well and what makes it better is that I learned the words to that song literally an hour before I went on because most of my attention has been focused on memorizing lines for "The Good Doctor" (I'm almost off book on the seduction and Defenseless creature, and I'm completely off book on the Sneeze and Surgery).
Yesterday we played a concert at the Ford Motor credit building. We sounded really shitty inside, so we mostly did the series through the building then played our west side story songs at the trike race outside. After that it was still sixth hour, so I went to the Choir room and hung out for the last hour because I was still excused.
Yesterday I also went to visit my more than amazing girlfriend, Dylan. We talked quite a bit and hung out at Howard. We actually ended up laying on that big, blue, metal storage box in the center of the park and discussed stuff. (content deleted upon request)
The day before that I bought Dylan a Dilly bar, which both of us (and JJ) were amused by.
