Cheap Labor!
I know it’s been a while, but this is not an update post. This is actually a solicitation post.
Myself and my good friend Jason (and most of you who are reading this more then likely know Jason) are currently maintenance technicians at a large apartment complex in St. Louis.
It is with this knowledge that we wish to help our friends that are on their own and have some work needing to be done on their house / apartment. I can guarantee we can under bid ANYONE you call from the phone book.
We can do:
Wiring - From a simple outlet, to a complete rewire
Plumbing - From a dripping faucet to complete pull of old cast iron and replace with new PVC
Drywall/Plaster - From patching a hole or crack, to adding/removing a wall and new drywall.
Windows and Doors - replacements, repairs, etc….
In rare cases, even roofs!
Exterior work and just about anything else you can think of! Just ask and well be happy to help!
But, this post doesn’t end with you reading it. We will give referral bonuses to anyone who finds us work. Do you have a family member who has a bucket under the sink catching that dripping water? We can handle that in no time.
