About Indian Cookery, which is supposed to tell you the secrets of an authentic Indian curry, just like the one from the take away, I have just spent the last three hours and I have about another hour of cooking to go.
I will let you all know if all my hours in the kitchen and the recipe from the book actually does make an authentic Indian curry later or in my post tomorrow.
