The First Step,,,,,
Well that's the first court proceedure over with, he got quite a shock when I turned up and an even bigger one when his other ex wife turned up with me. Tony managed to get to the court before he went in, so we were all sat there.
We sat there in the court while they read out the charges, the plea won't actually be for another 6 weeks approx, but it has all been passed to Crown Court now.
When I first got there on my own I felt as if my heart would explode it was beating so fast, but once I had seen he was there and Sonia and then Tony turned up I just felt determined to see him sit in that court box and make him feel as uncomfortable as possible, you could see in his face that he was shitting himself, excuse my language but it's the only way I can describe his manner and the look on his face.
The next court appearance is next thursday at crown court to read out the charges again and set a date for the plea and the estimated court scedule for the rest of the case. I am going to attend every court appearance no matter how small to make sure I know what's going on and to make his life as difficult as possible.
I feel more positive now this is finally being dealt with.
