Are there any identifying marks that would tell you which store it belongs to?

Hell no me and my friends have 10 Wal-mart carts. It's not like they care.

it's in perfect condition. and i was gonna scrub it down with clorox wipes and then spray paint it so it'd be awesome and then put my thousands of stuffed animals in them. but i gave it back. i'm not sure i really had/have time to mess with it right now anyways.
