A dragon, a dragon, I swear I saw a dragon!
Tiff called me last night and left me one of those priceless voicemails that you wish you could save forever. Apparently her house had been over-run by dragons and Elijah was running around and attacking them. So, being the chilvarous dragon slayer that he is, he was of course worried for my safety and wanted to call and make sure I was OK. So the message was Tiff explaining what's going on followed by Elijah speaking to me, only half of it really being understandable, about dragons and me being OK. I love that kid. And it's simple things like that which make my day. I can't wait until the other 2 start talking.
Also, for some reason I love how certain 80's alternative songs (take Behind the Wheel by Depeche Mode for example) will bring distinct images to my mind. They all have the same sound to them and make me think of darkened rooms filled with dry ice, some chick with big 80's hair being chased around in slow-motion by a guy with a Flock of Seagulls style...black and white checkered floor, strange white furniture...maybe a keyboard in the background for fun...
