Super Heated Waves of Nausea
Sitting at my laptop, tweaking websites for work, while various muffins are baking and suddenly I am lurching with pulsing nausea. In my experience, this happens in fascinatingly high percentages when troubles are about to hit me emotionally, even though I do not know anything which to anticipate. ARGH.
Am I just experiencing anxiety?
Am I ill?
Am I psychically connected to something or someone else?
Well, it is disruptive to say the least. I have a sinking feeling [that's part of the nausea, silly!], and I am suddenly very, very cold. By contrast, the nausea is hot and it is very difficult not to remain focused thereon.
