I get to play hookie today. Dad has to go down to the city for a conference today and gets to stay at the Hilton, and finally after all these years he's taking me with him. There is a chance I get to go shopping, but there is also a great chance that I have to go to the conference with him or stay in the hotel room. All I care about right now is if I get a damn salad for lunch.
