Out damn Spot!
We have new downstairs neighbors. Our old downstairs neighbor was a nice, older gentleman who we occasionally chatted with. I have not met the new downstairs neighbors. I have, however, heard their incessantly barking dog for the last two days. Bark. Bark. Bark. Bark. It barks about 30-40 minutes every hour (with an occasional howl thrown in), then it will go quiet for a while before starting up again. This goes on all day long. It's quiet during the night, which is when the neighbors are home, but is barking the rest of the time.
Luckily, miome's home office is upstairs so the barking doesn't bother her. The cats don't seem bothered by either. It is driving me bananas.
