Let the count down begin
SEVEN DAYS TO BIRTHDAY.
One thing about me, you never have to worry about my birthday sneaking up on you. :D
I swear my period keeps up with my schedule better than I do.
I can put events/meetings/plans on my calendar weeks or months in advance and totally forget about them until the pop-up window reminder comes up. Meanwhile, my period is doing some sort of complex and arcane calculation about how to make sure it hits as many of my plans at once. "If I start on Monday, which will be exactly 28 days since last time, I can hit one office meeting. However, if I move that up four days we can hit just before a dinner date, ruin plans to do yardwork, interfere with her desire to do the home improvement project, and still be around for the meeting. I get to ruin four plans in one menstrual cycle? Awesome!"
At least somehow this year, it will manage to just miss my birthday. So small favors.
