The spirits dance in her short hair, caress the marks the darkness carved into her shoulder; kiss the bottle cap she wears around her neck. Vague shipping is vague! <3 anyway.

That was brilliant! Fantastic and beautiful imagery. I can clearly see how they mirror each other, and in a way, how they almost mirror Sora and Riku. I hope I'm not off on that mark. :)

Okay, I'm so glad you admitted to there being Sora-Riku references, because for a few seconds I thought I was nuts. XD

I love the little backstory you give Nakoma, about her being the one to check for monsters and other scary things. It seems to suit her character so well.

I also love the paragraph about the spirits-- it's so beautiful, and the slight reference to the "vague shipping" (*snicker*) just adds to it.

I figure that she was always 'the grown-up' right from the beginning and that's why she gets along with Pocahontas so well. Because she reminds Nakoma to loosen up and have fun every so often. xD
