I'm gonna explain this here, in case anyone is interested in downloading the videos (although I wonder who else is gonna see this :) )
Peer2Mail is a program who allows you to upload/download stuff to web-mail accounts. This is really useful with the new 1Gb mail accounts like gmail, walla... since it allows you to upload a video file and make it available for everyone. And of course, the "links" don't die in one week or 25 downloads!
You can download the program here:
Peer2Mail Download At first it can be a little confusing since we're not used to this way to get files, but I guarantee it's utterly easy!!!
The idea is... Peer2Mail splits the file you want to share/store and sends the file segments to the account (this is already done, of course ;) ). Then you can download them with P2M and merge the segments back to the original file.
Here is a
brief explanation about how to download the files...
Once you have the program downloaded and installed, do the following.
- Open the program, a screen like this will appear...
- Choose the Browse tab, and write in address the mail provider address (for example www.walla.com or gmail.google.com
- Introduce the username (only the username, not the @loquesea.com) and the password.
- Click the Auto Download Segments button. A new window'll pop up and the program'll start looking for the files. This take a while. Be patiente! ;)
- When the program finish you'll see the files you can download. Check the appropriate checkbox and click the Download button.
If the Auto Mergue Segments box is checked, when the download is finished, the program will regenerate the original file from the segments. After that you can remove the segments by yourself. (Open the store folder! You'll see the video and the segments ;) )
I hope this helps. If you have problems/questions... just ask!
