i finished Sourcery today, and will wait to start on Wyrd Sisters: my older daughter will be starting reading Animal Farm in school on Friday, and i'll be (re)reading this one as well.
in my previous book post, a huge Pratchett fan had commented that she thought some of his books are boring.
i've tried to explain this the best i can, and it's still hard to wrap my brain around this possibility. here goes: as you're reading the scenes, they are kinda boring. but once you get through them and see the bigger picture, it's not so boring anymore.
the only other place i encountered that was when i was reading Inheritance. there were a few different plot threads (at least two, maybe three) and i would plod through some of the chapters because i just didn't care about that plot. i stopped reading Inheritance half-way through and still have no desire to finish it.
maybe it really is the books. or maybe it's just me? i dunno.
