so Rose is at the Salvatore house, talking about Klaus.
once the girls saw Lauren's name on the screen, they figured who Rose was! J likes the way Bela looks better.. and M's called her Bela the whole show. heh.
Jeremy and Bonnie meet the new guy... i think he likes Bonnie. sorry Jeremy....
Elena's going to try to get the truth out of Katherine. this ought to be interesting.
Elena's smart and bribes Katherine with blood. Katherine tells her story that she had a baby out of wedlock and was banished. she left home, and was taken with a man named Klaus. turns out Klaus wanted to sacrifice Katerina - the Petrova doppelganger - and break the curse.
meantime, Damon wants Rose to tell him about Klaus. Rose wans to know how Damon feels to be in love with his bother's girlfriend.
what does the Petrova bloodline have to do with Klaus? turns out the curse was sealed with Petrova blood, so only Petrova blood can unto the curse.

ok, Slater's creepy. but who is he, and why does he remind me of someone else.....?
Rose gives Katerina some her blood.... but while Rose is talking to Trevor about bringing Katerina to Klaus, we hear a clatter - Katerina has hung herself....and i see where this is going. ;)
so Katerina was always devious.... Klaus needed a *human* doppelganger, not a vamp. she offers some of her blood to Elena, and then probably to turn Elena... so again, there's no human doppelganger....
Caroline and Stefan. huh. she admitted telling Tyler that she was a vamp... and Tyler's having some issues. meantime, Bonnie runs into the new guy. Dad recognizes Bonnie's last name. once Jeremy comes, and Bonnie gets up, she touches New Guy. but what kind of vibes does she get? we don't know, beyond her smile....
Slater asks Damon and Rose if Elijah is really dead, and Damon assures him he is... but then we see Elijah putting money in a musician's guitar case....
Stefan catches on to Caroline's distraction and wants to know where Elena is.
Elena figures that Katherine was going to hand over Elena to Klaus, but it's not just that....to break the curse you need a Petrova doppelganger, a vampire, a werewolf, the moonstone, and a witch. wonder what else goes into that brew?
Slater is all excited and wants to see a werewolf. he guesses there's some weres in Mystic Falls and wants to go! however...Elijah is listening in on Damon, Rose and Slater.... sneaky sneaky.... and Elijah blasts the window... Damon gets up to check it out, gets Rose out of the sun, and demands to know who was behind the attack.
so, new guy is a witch too. very cool.
meantime, Stefan figured out where Elena was, and tells her that everything Katherine has said is a lie. of course, she's saved the best part for last.
she returns back to her family home two years later (1492) and everyone was all dead... killed by Klaus, just because she ran.
Stefan insists Katherine is wrong. he thinks she spun the tale, and shows them the moonstone, to trade the moonstone for her freedom. she totally laughs him off, saying that when Klaus shows up to kill everyone, she'll be safe in the tomb where no vamp will enter... cause they can't get out. who's the crazy psychotic one now, Stefan?
M likes that quick-speed effect the vamps use.... but, uh...Rose.... Damon...kiss... *guh*
Stefan wants to help keep Elena safe, but it's not just *her*.... it's Bonnie, Caroline, Tyler... and all because of Elena. it's all her fault.
Slater calls Rose to tell her he's safe, but she needs a moonstone. if she can get the moonstone, and a witch, the witch should be able to figure it out. turns out, he was compelled by Elijah! who then tells Slater to kill himself. which he does. then someone asks if that was really necessary... it's New Guy's DAD.
uh oh......
