The day, it wearies me *slump*

Shit just got serious, folks, I have packed all my Craft books and binders. *boggle*

I dragged a dozen or so packed boxes up island to our storage locker, which means my upper arms are aching and hands are numbly. Be proud of me, I had Derek (handyman extraordinaire) help me pack the Mazda5 at the house, saving me a bit there. What exercise equipment I can manage on my own has been stored, as well as a bit of the flat art. Storage for the month of July has been paid for. *whew*

Meanwhile, I am staring at the damn Move.mil site and trying to sort out how to order the damn move at the end of the month. *Grrr* I shall amuse myself making return labels until hubby is available to explain the damn website to me. Update: Hubby says the site is different than the one he looked thru a few months ago. Fuck it, I give up. I'll make an appointment to meet with someone face to face at the base and let them arrange it. Keep an American veteran employed and all that.

Update: Both porches are primed. :D Hoping I can talk a friend into painting them, but chances are I'm going to be stuck paying the handyman to do it. *sigh* Since its outdoors, I can likely manage to do it myself in the fresh air without my allergies going to nuts.

Update 2.0: I've packed most of the kitchen things that aren't: a) breakable or b) what I'll need in the next few weeks. I've likely over-estimated what I'll need, making more work for the Navy packers. Oh well. *throws hands in the air*

Also, I need a "Moving On" sort of avatar. I shall explore the options, post-haste.
