The Cure's Disintegration is pure old school emo/neo-Romantic bliss...every aching note of it and the live Trilogy DVD is god's gift to music DVDs.

just thought I would sing my praises in the name of the god that is Robert Smith.

Your face is neo-Romantic!

... whatever neo-Romantic means!

In response to your first sentence: lol

To your second: neo meaning "new" and Romantic (with a capital "r") signifying an artistic movement of the 1700's.

It tells me nothing about music. I could argue that In Flames is neo-Expressionist, but that gives no specificity whatsoever.

Take another look at the sentence and the other descriptions employed. Such as "old school emo" or "aching notes". I'm guessing that you can do the math if you take sentence context into account. Thus, I beg to differ that "it tells you nothing about music."

Dre,
I don't know if you meant your reply to be hostile or presumptuous, but it really came off that way to me. I can be more specific here if you would like but I would prefer we talk about it elsewhere. Either way, it really bugged me and I hope that was not your intention. I'm really not looking to fight with you, but your post sorely tempted me into posting something that would have ultimately done little to alleviate my level of pissedoffness and would have either continued a hostile exchange (if your last reply was indeed intended to be hostile) or it would have started one. Thus, I'm refraining and I hope you will talk this out with me.
