Luckily the rest of the world came to my resuce with the intelligent, sensical, not-stupid metric system where the only difference between sizes (and they're all sold individually or a ONE WHOLE GROUP) is a single milimeter.
Our corn, ornamental, here at work has soared beyond our knees, and it's before the 4th of july. "Knee high before the 4th of july" is apparently a workable adage. And I'm workable. It seems like things around here have been busier than ever. Thankfully I no longer want to find a damp cave to hide in, school ended, grades posted, and I'm still a viable student there. One of the people I've been helping out a lot shold be getting his book published here in about 2-3 weeks. I'm kind of excited for him, but more than anything hopeful that his visits will decrease in time. I don't know if I can take any more "just one more thing" sessions that last an hour and a half. I just can't say no, especially not to old peoples. I guess I still have some soft spots in my heart. Maybe I'm just kidding myself.
