GO SEAHAWKS!!

Church was amazing today...

Even though it has been raining here, there was some thunder and there has been a bit of sun everyday.

Went on a 2 1/2 hour hike around Eugene and up in the hills trying to find my way back to EBC.

Ate tons and tons of junk last night, but that is okay with me.

Going to get my hair cut here in a bit.

Thinking about dying my hair again, can't decide.

Moving to Wyoming for sure over the summer.

Praying about going to Mexico or going with CLC for a missions trip over spring break.

My birthday is coming up in 7 days. Kinda weird, not going to be a teenager anymore.

That is about it going on...

Its nice to feel the warmth of the sun as I look at it coming through the trees. Stretching out to show me that it is there. The light reflects on little bugs that are hovering around a juniper bush. Almost as though they are dancing in the light. The cool air refreshes me and I wish I could sit here forever. I can hear a bird chirping not to far away, and another one echo's its call. The sweet musty smell of the wet grass and trees makes me feel at home here. My jeans are coated with mud on the bottom of them and my feet are dirty. But I am okay with that. I sit on a hard wooden picknic table as I soak in each word of the novel I am reading at this time. My mind forgets that I am at school, I am at peace and block away the voices that are behind me. A few people inside the building missing this wonderous day. A small group of finches gly by singing as if laughing and playing; they dive to and from, chasing after each other. As I pause from reading and look around me I can see two men sitting higher up on the hill, on a picknic table much like mine. They seem to be enjoying each others company. Talking and reading, sipping on drinks. Everywhere I look the ground and the trees are green. The breeze is blowing ever so slightly. It is a beautiful day and I don't want to leave, but I must.
