Art: Tomorrow, when the apricots are ripe

But (there's a story here) I have found out who painted this absolutely gorgeous picture for Tomorrow, and so I can finally tell you that this exists: and that the picture below was painted by Ailine. Ailine translated Tomorrow into Russian - you can see it here - and she also did the illustration for All the Pretty, Pretty Ones. I love her work so much, I think it's absolutely fantastic. And this... eh, it's something about the focus? The tension in the figure, and the sharp focus on the toe of the boot, and then the softening behind it?
I really have to thank big_heart_june (♥) for finally kicking me into discovering the artist, so it's not surprising that she managed to post this first!
