I think the link you want for the artwork is http://alteredloc.livejournal.com/22193.html

So glad this is up!

Thank you so much, you're absolutely right. Edited with many, many thanks - crumbs, I'd hate for that one not to work. The images alteredloc produced for this fic are... yeah. You know how I'm going to feel about this gorgeous colour palette. Watching them arrive was amazing.

- more later. But dear God, yes, I'm glad to see this post too. Normal service will now resume!

I really want to drop everything and read this RIGHT THE HELL NOW, but I'm trying to exercise my non-existant willpower and wait until tonight when I've finished all the things I need to do and can enjoy it guilt-free...

GOD but this looks so freaking amazing!!!

*fidgets and forces self away from internet*

Eh - laughing a little. Kind of hope you still feel the same after!

More importantly, I've been meaning to PM - package arrived safely, thank you very much indeed. I promise you they'll be looked after, even if both view and accents are unfamiliar right now!

I've never read something of yours I haven't loved to pieces, and I doubt this will be any exception. ;)

So happy to know the package arrived safe and sound!! \o/ Thank you for letting me know. :D

No bother. After Morgan Dawn started talking about access... I couldn't not?

Hope you enjoy.

Okay, so I haven't read this yet, but I decided I must! I actually gasped out loud when I read the title because we actually covered the Allegory of the Cave in my summer Philosophy class just last week. I have decided this is kismet and I therefore must read it. :)

So, yes. Very excited about this, especially because it's such a fascinating idea and you looked like you went above and beyond with it! Can't wait to read it :)

Wincing slightly... I promise you, it started off closer to the original text!

Hope you enjoy it. :)

Gorgeous, witty and charming, but less about the author. The story is, for me, close to perfection in that it combines so many good things - a case, the boys, (ahh the boys), slices of society spotlighted, and a genuine feel for the reality of life. I am very wary of traveling on the Underground now...what might I see? I'm sure it couldn't match the artwork. FAB.

Laughing a little. Eh, sweetheart. :)
But I don't need to remind you this is all your damn fault in the first place....
Far, far more importantly. You didn't mention Shaun the Sheep! V, you have to go and take photographs! I should add, the result of staring dispiritedly at the O2 gig list. Also the Shakespeare Festival. I don't think I could take an intentionally comic Macbeth? And truly, I've seen enough TNs and MNDs to last a lifetime. Can't they do Titus next time? Go on - you've got friends in high places, just mention the pipes!
