(no subject)
I've been doing homework like ALL weekend!!!! Some of it is actually interesting and fun... but all the reading and some of the papers are just redundant and boring.... and there's way too much of it!!!!
Lisa and I went to garage sales and another library book sale this weekend. I bought way too much stuff again.... but for really cheap!!! I got some more Halloween and Christmas decorations. I also got some CDs and computer games at the library book sale, along with a bag of books. I don't know why I'm buying all this entertainment... I don't have time for any of it!!!!
Next weekend I have to go to Bloomington to return my mom's car and get mine back. I'm hoping to get my couch from Jeanie's too. Then Sunday Lisa's hosting a Pampered Chef party for Erin.... I invited Jackie... so she's going to come down for that. I told her if she wanted to come earlier she could watch the Bears game with me... and she's like "Who are the Bears?" I almost died!!!!
I'm hoping to get my kitten soon!!!! I kinda want Colin to come with me though... so it may have to wait until Halloween weekend when he comes. I want him to help me pick it out.
I spent a lot of time today doing laundry.... I haven't done it in so long... I had like 7 loads to do!! That's one good thing about having too many clothes though... I don't have to do it that often. On Friday I made the most awesome soup!!! I just threw a bunch of random ingredients in a pot basically... but it came out really good!!! I couldn't believe it... I think I'll have to sell the recipe to Campbell's or something.
So the other day when Lisa and I were driving... this kamikaze squirrel ran out in front of us... Lisa swerved... I spun around and miraculously... the squirrel made it past!!! But wait... it still had another lane to cross... and here comes another car!!! The freaking squirrel SLID under the car like a baseball player sliding into home... did a roll and came up running on the other side!!!! It was completely amazing!!! I've never seen a squirrel do that... except maybe in a Geico commercial.... Go Squirrel!!!!!
