taxes are fun!
i just finished my taxes, i'm getting back 900. woohoo! Well, no shopping spree for me yet, i'm putting 2/3 of it into savings for other things i'll be needing in the future. But it's nice to take care of debts that are in need of getting paid. I ended up selling half my books on campus, kinda nice having cash on me. A friend of mine has been trying to help me get another job that pays better, more office type. Only problem is my schedule, school is the utmost important to me, so i need the flexibility. This job he's referring me to has a starting of 30,000- not bad for someone with my kind of salary. Hopefully i'll get it and it won't kill me.
School hasn't been that bad for me yet. My spanish class has about 3/4 of the original students from last semester, so it's so much fun with them. The professor got so pissed at us the second day of class because we weren't talking as much as the day before. Well, on the second day, we were trying to keep up with her, she was flying through the words, we didn't have time to respond. But i am glad i'm a lil stress free at the moment.
