*Jr. hasn't been to the library in a while (for him), so his current stack of books is even larger than his normal one. However, given that he isn't even five feet tall, this puts the top of the stack above his head and very much covering his eyes. This would explain why he just walked into Edward's chair on his way over to yet another bookshelf, spilling several of his own books in the process.*

Not really. Mostly just grabbing stuff that looks interesting. *Gathering up the books closest to him in his arms. If Edward bothers to read the titles, he'll notice that they do indeed include a rather broad range of topics, mostly fiction though there are quite a few history books from various worlds.*
