Mitsuru is ... god. Adachi has ISSUES WITH WOMEN, blah blah see what I said to Ashe. So yeah, uh. She does rub Adachi the wrong way! But he can't fake niceties around her since ... she knows. So he does actively bitch to her face about it. Because he can. It was actually a big thing, though, that he admitted up front who he was and didn't try to lie about it! This has a lot to do with true ending stuff, which I'm going to white out since you haven't finished the game. FINISH THE GAME. [BASICALLY, the true ending has Adachi helping the group somewhat with a letter, where he. actually sounds like he really hopes it helps Souji. And he talks about cleaning up his mess, playing by "this world's rules," and whatnot. He's ... still a dick. SUCH A DICK. But he's shifting a bit, even if it's very slightly. uh. I go back and forth on this a lot, and mostly aim to keep him ambiguous rather than "o adachi iz reformed!1" or "HE'S GOING TO MANIPULATE AND RAPE YOUR FAMILY!"] LYING TO PEOPLE WHO KNOW IS POINTLESS is what it boils down to. Mitsuru knows, so. Whatever.
It's when it gets rubbed in that he got caught and that he's a terrible person that he gets a bit twitchy. He actively antagonizes Yousuke to get him to ... well, gtfo, because he doesn't want to hear it. Adachi has ... problems with hearing the truth, I guess? It's really hard to put into words. Mitsuru pretty much shoved it in his face! So yeah, he doesn't like her. He's wary because he knows she has a Persona, and she made it sound like she knew other Persona users, and ... well, Adachi's not dumb enough to rile up a mass mob of Persona using teenagers. 8( So while he doesn't like Mitsuru, I doubt he'd try anything and may or may not just avoid her like he does some of the P4 kids. idk. WE WILL SEE.
