Me and Ella went to the Palladium to see Haste the Day, ETID, and BTBAM last night. Those band names are way too long and I'm not typing them out, so if you don't know who they are, sorry, you're lame. Kidding! I love you all! It was a fun show, it was just full of 12 yr olds. I feel older every time I go to a show now. It was so full they opened the balcony, so we sat up there where we wouldn't be bothered by every bracefaced, shaggy-haired, tight-pants-wearing, sweaty-ass kid there. It was cool being able to sit through the whole show and have an unobstructed view. Haste the Day was sweet, their new singer did a nice job. His voice isn't as inhuman as the last kid, but whose is really. BTBAM was amazing as usual. They're one of the most talented bands in metal easily. It's like Dream Theater but super heavy and way cooler. Every Time I Die killed it last night. It was easily the best I've seen them play. Their new songs sound way better live. I like the new album but I'm not crazy about the production. It doesn't sound heavy enough. But live it comes off so much heavier and it's a lot better. Bleeding Through headlined but we bounced before they came on because, well, they suck. It must have sucked for them having to follow ETID. I saw a former friend there who used to be cool until she got sketchy and started stealing money from me and some other friends. I should have been like "Hey how you doing, where's my ten bucks?" Every time I see her now she's with younger and younger kids. People must just learn real quick what kinda person she is so she has to move on to the younger ones. Whatever, I don't wanna badmouth people, but when you claim to be my friend and you come into my house and take money from me, I'll say some shit. Today we're going to Chris' show in Merrimack, that should be fun. I've never even heard their music, much less seen them play, so it'll be cool. You better not disappoint me Chris! Tomorrow we're going out to Portsmouth to the Friendly Toast to hang out for my birthday. I think there's like 8 or 9 of us going, pretty mellow, but it will be fun. I guess it's wicked GAY to go out to eat for your birthday. I guess it's WAY cooler to blow all your money on booze and drugs and get so wasted that you don't even remember who was there and who wasn't. Well, I'm sorry I like to do gay things and hang out with gay people who share my gay interests. I'm sorry I'm trying to grow up and be responsible once in awhile and save some money. Sorry I'm turning 24 and I can think of something other than getting shitfaced to have fun. But it's cool, I'll be gay and hang out with gay friends who wanna eat at a gay restaurant on my gay birthday. It'll be a gay old time. The Friendly Toast in Portsmouth, NH Sunday, March 12th, between 1 and 2 pm. If you wanna be gay with us, we'll see you there! Stay gay!
