File 15 - Third Kidnap Victim Recovered
Yesterday, at 6:27 pm, a call was made to the police department reporting that the missing person, Rise Kujikawa, was found. Much like the previous victims, she appears to be suffering only from mental fatigue and physical exhaustion. No outward signs of trauma. She's expected to make a full recovery after a few days of bed rest. She called me later than evening around 8:39 pm to inform me of her condition.
She also cannot remember much concerning the incident. The police have already questioned her, so I ask that you please refrain from badgering her regarding the incident. If you have questions about the case in general, please direct them to me. I'll inform you about the situation as much as I can, but please be aware that certain sensitive details must be kept confidential.

After talking to several people and gathering eyewitness testimony, it appears that there might be another common thread between the victims.
