What do the results mean?
TrustFlow is making a guess at who is "near" your friends list; who might be on it, but isn't. It does this by looking at your friends list, and the friends list of your friends, and so on.

Is this based on who reads my journal, or interests, or what?
No.

I don't quite understand - can you make explicit how to reproduce the bug, what should happen and what happens? Thanks!

The username of that user is dd_666, not dd-666 which is an invalid username, so the program is correct. however, it could be more forgiving and substitute underscores for hyphens in the same way that it smashes case.
