Brick lane.
if i ever have to live in London i want to live there. We meant to look for a the Bagel place where the Libs had their photo taken but got lazy and didn't. We did vintage shop though. I always get something gorgeous from laden - they reconstruct old clothes in to new stuff. I did make a bit of a fool of myself with the guy who works there he didn't recognise so hopefully he won't next time we go
me: can i use this *brandishes voucher off*
Him: you can try but it's for rokit this is Laden
me: *dies of embarrassment* so it is.
Him: a lot of people make that mistake i mean rokit is on either side of us.
To cheer myself up we went and had bounty bar frappacinos and a muffin. And i found this. I love it. I want one for my room.
Anyway i had a week without parents while they were in Venice. I cooked till someone broke the oven and so i had to make the same meal again using the hob and grill. I also made my way through a loaf of bread within 3 days and the last 3 days i had to make 5 bagels last that's not enough bread for little me. 5 pints of milk, 2 litres of cranberry juice also within the 5 days they were away. But don't think i just eat while they were away i went to the kills gig. Which i think might be a favourite since was pretty much at the front the whole time even though the guy in front of me danced like he was having a fit and pretended to shot vv. I was disappointed at the set but so many of their songs are good that i was bound to be disappointed though there should have been more from the first album. I can't find my sticker though but i got a t-shirt so i suppose i won't really miss it that much. talking of losing stuff there's £50 lying somewhere in my room that i can't find and is for my driving lessons also lost faith's Christmas present. I finished making it on Saturday and it's just gone.
this is my ipod cosy and i was making one for faith till it disappeared.
me on the train to brick lane guess what i'm doing?!
yes i was knitting.
and for anyone who hasn't seen my leopard print badge that the gorgeous
brilliana and melissa made for me. They also looked after me at the kills so thanks to them.
so off for a picnic on the steps of brixton academy tomorrow at about 4. If we're not first in the queue i will not know why. I'll try and get a picture of my dress and my man coat - it's is in fact a man's coat not just because i think it looks like one - the knitting will probably be accompanying me to keep me occupied.
