Spoilers for 4.11-12 and Questions

Here are some things that keep flitting through my head and that I want answered before Saturday.

HERE BE MY QUESTIONS:

ROSE:

How was Rose getting from Point A to Point B without asking for a 'shift' from Torchwood in Turn Left? We see her doing a couple of things: fading in and out (in the park, after Donna's hit by the lorry), a flash and then her slowing down from a sprint, and then we see Donna use the actual TARDIS bastardized time machine, but she didn't get there with the running Rose did.

What is different about these things, and why were they different from her 'shift' in TSE?

How did Rose get into the Doctor's Universe? She keeps saying she "came all this way." Yes, we know the walls of the universes are thinning out, but we don't see big yellow buttons this time.

Is Rose the only one who can 'shift?' My guess for this is no, since I've ... seen things... but is she the only one who can fade out of existence?

THE DOCTOR:

Why did we keep seeing the Doctor's 'fighting hand' in the jar? The one that Jack scrapped from the Sycorax adventure?

How is the Doctor 'The Three-Fold Man'? (See Dalek Caan questions)

rayden54 mentioned...somewhere (sorry, can't remember, it was yesterday) that even Professor Creekbed erm... Professor River Song mentioned that the skies might go dark if the Doctor accepts that...death is acceptable. (i.e., if he ever stops fighting for people to live.) How is this related to the whole "stars goin' out/darkness is coming" business?

DALEK CAAN

What did Dalek Caan mean when he said he saw death for the most faithful companion? Which one did he mean?

What the hell does this mean?
He is coming... the threefold man, he dances in the lonely places. Oh, creator of us all... the Doctor is coming!
(i.e., wtf is "three-fold man"?!)

And a Dalek question (or two) in general: What is this 'crucible' being 90% complete? What does it do?

What do they want all the humans for? Testing? Didn't the Cult of Skaro learn their lesson in 'Daleks of Manhattan'? perhaps the worst episode arc ever

AND THE PART WE ALL REALLY MUST KNOW:
DONNA

At the Shadow Proclamation, were we hearing Donna's heartbeat as she sat on the stairs? If we were, what did that mean? RTD and Graehme Harper don't just do that crap for shits & giggles. Was it her heartbeat??

What is this 'loss that is to come' for Donna? Is she losing her keys? Her luggage? RTD is officially put on notice!

How is Donna "the most important woman in all of creation"?

What do the separate readings since the day she was born mean? We know she's special, but apparently more than a super!temp!

Chan what will she be tho?

Lastly:

What is this Auster-Haagen (I've seen it spelled 'Osterhagen'... any authority on this?) key, and what does it do? Martha 'knows what to do' (again). What is it?

Comments, ideas, etc. are GREATLY appreciated!
