Yes, Ray caused a blizzard on Valentine's Day, as he stated in his LJ entry. But before I get into the details, let's start from the beginning....
*wavy flashback lines and swirly music*
It was Valentine's Day. I had just left Walmart to pick up Ray's present - a new wireless keyboard and mouse - when he called my cell phone. As I talk to him (with my earpiece), driving through the parking lot, an idiot walks right in front of my car, but I stop in time. Now, I had nearly hit things at least two other times that day due to idiots on the road, so I immediately told Ray that he would have to pick me up from my house. Fate was just telling me I needed to be off the road that day. He agreed, gave me a little extra time (I had to wrap his present still), and picked me up. When we got to his house, he instructed me to go through the front door and not look at the kitchen. It was almost completely dark in his house, so that wasn't too much of a problem. I used the restroom while he did something in the kitchen. When I left the restroom, he turned off the kitchen lights and escorted me to the waiting room (his room) so that I wouldn't see anything. He closed the door and returned to the kitchen while I played around on the internet.
So, here is where the details begin...
Finally, Ray announces that he is done and I can come out. I walked into the kitchen and saw that he had made a spaghetti dinner, complete with a candle, red table covering, and red napkins and paper plates. It was cute that he had even decorated the table for Valentine's Day. We sat down and ate the yummy spaghetti (with itallian bread mmmm...). He took the grated cheese container and started to shake it because there were huge clumps inside. Suddenly, a cloud of grated cheese burst into the air and flew onto Ray, part of the table, and the floor. It looked like a blizzard had come through. It was the most hilarious thing I had seen in a while, and I couldn't stop laughing. After he cleaned up a bit and we finished our spaghetti, he presented me with a container of one of my favorite icecreams... Edy's Girl Scout Thin Mint Ice Cream!

So, that was the gist of my Valentine's Day and how Ray made a blizzard that day. He definitely made my day... he gave me the gift of laughter, one of my favorite things!
