I have been wottying so much about all the things I have to do soon that I have FINALLY decided just to take it one small step at a time......which seems like the logical choice but me, being the overthinker that I am, has to complicate things. Anyway, I survived another day without anything too terrible. Mrs. Mann was recording another vidoe in class today for her teacher certification and for once I was actually interested inour activity having to do with weasel words in advertising. After english was marketing which I have to say has become a joke (just like my finance class!!!!!!!). Don't get me wrong, Mr. Jones is a good guy but he is such a boring and disorganized teacher! Anyway, After Marketing, of course, was finance witch was a breeze as usual. Speaking of breeze, I would love to be walking on the beach right now feeling the warmth of the ocean on my face. Oh well. I'll just have to wait until July. Anyway, I finished off the day with AP History which, surprisingly had the worst event of the day......I got a 60 on a reading quiz about Chapter 20 and the Gilded Age. It is so frustrating because I work my ass off on everything Ms. Albert gives us yet I can never seem to pull it together for reading quizzes!!! Anyway, after school was Spanish Honor Society and afterwards, I walked with Allison to finally meet Mrs. Ivan (the AP English Lit teacher). Boy was she cool. Yes, she was a little out ther but she made the class sound so interesting! As of today, this is what my schedule for next year looks like:
-AP English 12
-Marketing Management
-Band Aide/ Guidance Aide
-AP Government
-AP Psychology
-Math Analysis
-Adv. Physics
-AP Lunch (ha!!! I wish)
-Symphonic Band
This way my classes will be challenging but I won't be so bogged down with homework that I am locked away in my room over the weekend and never have time to see the light of day!!! Let's see, tomorrow is the first part of the English Writing SOL for Juniors, the rest of boring school, NHS until 3, and Oklahoma Pit practice from 1730-2030. What a day!!! I know it's going to be busy but I'm going to make it through....I think. Wish me luck :-)
