What a great 4-day weekend!!
This weekend has been great. When school ended Wednesday, I had no idea that I had a four day weekend coming up but the weather was really crappy. The sad thing is, it's not even officially winter yet and we've already had 4 snow days. Anyway, Thursday was pretty much sleeping in and Christmas shopping. Friday, I got to sleep in and I finally..........GOT MY LICENSE!!!!! I was so happy that I had been waiting sice January and I was finally free to drive! I haven't gotten a car yet but I think that's all about to change once Christmas comes....wink wink ;-) Anyway, yesterday we finally got our Christmas tree and we put the lights and ornaments on it last night. Ashley's party was last night, too. The funny thing is, on the invitation it said "caroling party" and I didn't think they were serious. They were!!!! Now I'm not much of a singer but I was pretty impressed if I do say so myself. When we got back to Ashley's house, we were presented with a crapload of food and the sad thing is, everything was delicious. I kept eating and eating. No wonder people gain so much weight during the holidays. Today I went to the movies with my parents and we had dinner and come home. Now I'm just stalling to do the homework that I've been putting off all weekend. I guess I better get it done.
