Spyware

For those who have not seen me on line that much these last couple of weeks, let me please explain my situation. My computer had been infected by some really REALLY HORRIBLE spyware. Infact, my computer is still suffering from it and it really has damaged my computer. So much so that to completely fix my computer I will have to do a reformat on my C drive. However, since I managed to get the main spyware off, reformating is not on my top things on my list to do, but it will eventually need to be done. I managed to get BMan and Aurora spyware on my computer. If anyone knows about these two spywares, they would honestly know that these things are the spyware from hell. Both of these spywares end up wiggling into your Windows\System32 files, and most spyware removal programs can't even find BMan, since it poses as a helpful file. They can find Aurora, but it is a zombie spyware, meaning everytime you catch it and delete it completely from your system, it comes right back. From what I seen, BMan activates Aurora, which then actives numerous popup ads. These things are infected with numerous spywares and by the end I was getting about over 100 different spywares on my computer because of this thing. I couldn't even get on the internet without being spammed with 40+ popup ads. It even corrupted a few of my files so that I have to bypass the system setup everytime I turned on my computer. Even now, I can't fix that problem... This is how bad it was, I was in Safe Mode, using about 5 different programs with my system restore off, and it still didn't help. Right now it is almost insane how much spyware removers and virus scanners I have. Just from this problem alone I have, Sygate Firewall, Norton, AVG 7, Xoftspy, Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, Hijackthis, and ewido. No give or take, I might have left some stuff off. But I finally did get those stuff off my computer....yah....over $80 later... There are only a few programs that get rid of BMan. Of course that cost money and had to get Xoftspy. I could have gone the free route and taken the spyware out by using Hijackthis, but with that program it could really destroy your computer. Didn't need it even more destroyed than it already was. Aurora was a bit more difficult to get rid of. I had to use 3 programs to get rid of that. I had to use ewido to catch it and delete it, I had to use Nailit to get rid of the .Nail program the spyware had on it. And I had to finally use hijackthis to completely delete it from my system. It is gone, but my computer really isn't the same. Bleh. That and I have so many spyware and firewalls up, that it is beginning to get annoying. Though I am still deleting this crap off my computer, but at least it is managable now.
