I think it might actually be his own, because Leighanne was in a matching Uncle Sam themed dress that looked a lot better than her than Brian's costume did. Suspect the kilt might also be AJ's own as he was photographed at two different events wearing it.

That's a glittery Uncle Sam costume topped by a captain's hat. Which only makes it better, really. I still vote with nopsued and say he snagged it from his gay dad.

I'm fairly certain that checking to make sure AJ and Nick are indeed wearing drawers is actually in Brian's contract and job description. It's for the good of the group, really.

Further digging informs me that this was at International Luv night, where Brian was representing the US, AJ Scotland (hence the kilt, paired with a What Would Madonna Do? tshirt) and Howie Puerto Rico (but ended up wearing a Portugal jacket). Nick was in...something I can't make out. Someone needs to teach Howie geography.
