monsters in my head

Okay. Let's see if I can get this all down.

Thursday night I dreamt that I had to deliver a copy of The Graveyard Book autographed by Steven Moffat to my friend for her birthday. Easy, right? Except that I had to battle train station cafe MONSTERS that came out of nowhere when I tried to make my way to King's Cross. They were like...goblin/robot hybrids that were very nasty. And my dream-self was still asking "Why the fuck would Moffat sign a copy of a Gaiman book?" while I was leaping over barriers and fighting off monsters.

And then after that, I dreamt that I was in the middle of a war, and John Barrowman was trying to teach me some sleight-of-hand magic with a lime green leather wallet, and a green felt tip pen. And he was wearing glasses. I don't know why these details are important, they're just the ones I remembered after I woke up.

Let's see, then today I woke up from this distinctly dystopia-tinged dream that involved two Matthew Morrisons -- one human, one robot -- and I had fallen in love with the human one but he got replaced by the robot one. Angst of the murkiest dream sort ensued.

Conclusion: I am watching re-watching way too much Doctor Who. Yay?
