Okay, why is the stuff that usually makes LA tabloid headlines suddenly transplanting itself here? So in one hotel we've got the F1 drivers, one of the four Heavenly Kings of Cantopop, BEP, Beyonce, No Doubt, ZZ Top, NERD, Samantha Ronson, and now LiLo? Oh, and of course, THE FREAKING BACKSTREET BOYS. (Is Lindsay still with Samantha, or are they off again?)
Christ, security around the track is going to be at completely new levels of stupid. (For this town at least) Good thing I packed in my sharpie.
IS IT FRIDAY YET? /o\ Who wants to take bets that I will a) sing along to every damn song in This Is Us when it's meant to be the first time I've heard it, or b) laugh like a lunatic when we hit that lyric in PDA that goes "from the Starbucks, to the Navajo, babe we're so compatible"?

Lindsay Lohan to host F1 Rocks

SINGAPORE : Hollywood starlet and paparazzi magnet Lindsay Lohan will step in for Pussycat Dolls' Nicole Scherzinger to host F1 Rocks, organisers said.
"We got a call... saying Lindsay Lohan was really keen to come to Singapore," said Paul Morrison, chief executive officer of British-based events company All The Worlds, the concert promoter behind F1 Rocks.
While Morrison is baffled as to why the starlet is so keen on the hosting gig, we think it has something to do with gal pal and DJ Samantha Ronson who is also headed this way to spin at the Fuel Festival at Novus.
Scherzinger reportedly pulled out of F1 Rocks last week after splitting with her F1 driver boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, although the McLaren driver has repeatedly denied the break-up.
Besides Lohan, other considerations for the position included singer Katy Perry, former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham as well as "a number of the Spices", said Morrison.
F1 Rocks, a three-day concert which is held in conjunction with the Formula One night race in Singapore, features big names like Beyonce, Black-Eyed Peas, No Doubt, Mando-pop artistes Jacky Cheung and A-Mei.
F1 Rocks kicks off Thursday and will be broadcast on television in 140 countries.
